The personal information you provide in these forms will be stored securely and used solely for the purpose of assessing your fitness for the course you wish to do.  We will never pass any or all of your information to a third party without your explicit consent.

Technical note

Don't attempt to go back a step using your browser's back button.  You'll be able to alter any part of your application once you've completed step 9.

Handy tip

You may find it easier to prepare the long sections of this form (education, work experience, written assignment) using a text editor (e.g., TextEdit or NotePad) or word processor (e.g., OpenOffice or Word) and then select, copy and paste your entries into the form.  Please note that any formatting (underlining, bold text, italic text e.t.c.) will not be preserved.
